This website is hosted with a German web hosting provider. When accessing the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date, time, page accessed) are processed as part of regular server logging. This data is not merged with other data sources.

4a. If you contact us: If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address, name if applicable, and any other details) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. We will not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4b. If we contact you (initial outreach): As part of our business activities as an independent SAP procurement advisor, we selectively contact individuals whose business contact details (name, position, company, email address) we have previously researched from publicly accessible sources (e.g. LinkedIn, company websites, trade press, conference materials), partly with the help of specialized research services such as Wiza (wiza.co). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in initiating business relationships pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You have the right to object to this processing at any time (Art. 21(1) GDPR) without suffering any disadvantage as a result. An informal email to datenschutz@agenticerp.broker is sufficient. Following an objection, we will delete your personal data unless a statutory retention obligation prevents us from doing so. Your email address is exempt from this deletion: we will continue to store it with a suppression note solely to prevent any future unwanted contact. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in effectively implementing your objection pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Booking Links / Microsoft

Where external links are used for appointment bookings or similar services from Microsoft (e.g., Microsoft Bookings, Teams), the Microsoft Privacy Statement applies. We have no influence over processing by Microsoft.
